Here at Aura Senpai, we pride ourselves on the quality and speed of our delivery services. Please allow 2-4 business days for dispatch of all products from our facility. You can expect to receive your order within 7-21 business days world-wide. Please note that delays may occur due to postal service issues beyond our control. We are committed to doing our best to meet your needs and ensure your satisfaction

During peak sales periods, such as Boxing Day and Christmas, delivery times may experience slight delays due to high demand. Please note that all delivery timeframes provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Aura Senpai is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to an incorrect address, or for refunding or replacing packages in such cases. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carriers, responsibility for the package is transferred to them.

Tracking Process:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the respective courier's website.

For orders shipped within Australia, we typically use Australia Post, and for international orders, the package may be shipped through our international shipping partners. Please note that the tracking information may not be immediately available as it can take a few hours for the details to update in the system.

Once your package has arrived in your country, your local post office will take over the delivery process and send you updates via emails or texts.
