You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We are unable to accept return or refund requests beyond this period.

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at aurasenpai@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of the reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

✅ Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or refund:

• Unused and undamaged

• In original packaging, with any protective materials and accessories included

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned outside the 14-day window

• Products returned damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping fees (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at aurasenpai@gmail.com. Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
If confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
